What is "멍 때리다"?

Forest Mung / Korean Trend

멍 때리다[meong ttae.ri.da] means to space out or to zone out in English.

It has the concept similar to "forest bathing", a process of relaxation. ▲

It eases our stress, worry and help us to relax, to get healed.
